Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are seeking Spanish/English Bilingual to help bridge any communication gaps and provide efficient service and support to clients and customers!
LOCATION: Dublin, OH
PAYRATE: $15 per hour
JOB
Responsibilities:
-- Receives and responds to incoming calls from clients and customers; maintaining records of communication and updating files.
-- Provides excellent service to clients and customers in support of business unit's service and sales objectives.
-- Demonstrates an understanding of customer needs and emphasizes prompt responses.
-- Educates consumers and clients on product features and benefits. Is able to communicate product information in an easy to understand manner.
-- Analyzes problems to determine proper course of action. Resolves issues and follows up with client.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: One year experience in customer service, sales related occupations and/or call center.
Skills/Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communications necessary in order to talk to staff/customers. Basic knowledge of computers and common office software.
