JOB
Summary:
The Operations Client Banking Associate is responsible for reconciling bank accounts to appropriate claim system ledgers within agreed-upon timeframes.
ESSENTIAL JOB
Responsibilities:
Provide information to clients, employees, and auditors
Work with other employees to make adjustments and corrections to our records as needed
Support AVP of Client Banking with special projects
Process voids, refunds and recoveries
Place stop payments on checks and obtain check copies.
Setup clients in banking system.
Assist others on the team as needed.
Be able to work in a fast pace environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Process and record wires from multiple banking institutions
Required Skills
SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to move from one task to the next.
Must have a strong desire for professional growth.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting requirements
Required Experience
EDUCATION:
AA or BA Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
Experience:
3 to 5 years work experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word required.

TempEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
