Job Description:
Responsible for collecting, entering and maintaining client account specific information is a claims management system. Responsibilities also include receiving and responding to requests from external and internal partners. Develops, maintains and communicates with partners in a professional and courteous manner. Position works in a team environment with independent responsibilities.


Create Client/Insured profiles and leveling structure
Enter and maintain Client/Insured account specific information for active and cancelled accounts
Enter and modify data related to partner contacts and contact information
Enter and maintain renewals and cancellations
Enter and maintain: Policy/Coverage, Premium, Carrier, Broker, and Client/Insured data
Maintain an Instructions Library for the Carrier, Client/Insured and Billing
Upload electronic documents for all policies and set up forms for individual policyholders
Create and distribute electronic/paper claims kits
Notify Client Data Services to add client to appropriate exports
Receive and process request from external and internal partners
Authorize external user system access requests
Participate in meetings for potential new and loss business
Audit policy/coverage information for accuracy
Escalate issues appropriately to manager
Performs other duties as required

Basic knowledge of risk management industry and insurance terminology
Strong MS Office knowledge required - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

EDUCATION:
BS / BA or Equivalent Work Experience

Experience:
1 to 3 years
Past customer service experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
