Sales Assistant
Skills/
Qualifications:
o High School degree or GED equivalent
o Good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
o Data Entry and multi phone line experience preferred
o Good computer research and telephone skills
o Experience working in an environment where attention to detail and accuracy are critical
Duties:
o Support the Group Support department and Program Managers with daily tasks
o Communicate professionally on the phone with clients to provide quotes and information about company services provided
o Ability to meet quotas on number of outbound calls made
o Ability to read and follow scripted materials
o Completing workers compensation forms
o Adhering to and meeting deadline dates
o Providing Customer Service support
o Support staff by copying, faxing, mailing and printing forms
o Obtain missing information from clients as needed
o Maintain diary entries
o Internet research and investigation as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
