Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for leading the administrative functions of the shop and supervises the administrative team to ensure that all team members WOW every customer. The Manager has an understanding of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and is able to interpret these parameters to assess and modify administrative activities, supporting the company's mission.
Requirements
? Ensure assignment tracking procedures are followed by the customer service team, including customer communication and follow up
? Ensure the repair order process is accurate and up to date
? Provides coaching to team members, conduct performance reviews
? Deliver orientation and training to new shop employees
? Perform closing duties for repair files, including balancing, parts receipt, and invoice posting
? Financial duties including; processing of invoices, accounts receivable reconciliation, processing of payments from insurance companies, preparation of bank deposits
? Create work orders in shop management system; make note of arrival and delivery dates
? Use shop management system to locate and verify repair order information
? Ensure estimate approval process is followed
? Assemble payroll information and send to Payroll Department
? Purchase and monitor office supplies in accordance with company guidelines
