Office Assistant/Receptionist
Qualifications:
This organized self-starter is independent, genuine, pleasant, positive, and reliable.
The ideal Office Administrator is able to balance daily and weekly tasks while also being able to quickly prioritize their time in order to support our internal sales and recruiting teams. This person must be service oriented and a problem solver.

This professional must possess excellent communication skills, be approachable, be professionally presentable and be able to multi-task. They will be patient, a good listener, a team player, and fun to work with.

This Jack or Jill of all trades will enjoy people interaction, both in person and over the phone. They will thrive in a fast paced environment and always look for opportunities to make our workflows more efficient and effective.
Responsibilities:

Back Office Support
Basic accounting skills
Expense reports
Orientation paperwork/employee handbook
Professional and comprehensive phone skills
Recruiting Support
Candidate Paperwork
Scanning Document
Proof reading/editing resumes
Customer and candidate interaction
Audit files
Verify appointments
Searches/Reports
Sales Support
Contract processing
Target list management
Marketing Materials
Audit Job Orders/Bullhorn (Application Tracking System)
Searches/Reports
Deal Sheets

SPECIFICATIONS:
Required
oMinimum of 3 years professional office administration

Compensation: $27,500 - $31,200 DOE




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
