AR/Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments.
- Respond to email/telephone inquiries and assist in solving questions related to the status of customer accounts.
- Identify stressed accounts and request credit hold and/or demand notices where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status.
- Effective follow-up procedures to assist our customers and employees alike.
- Process payment transactions from collection cycle.
- Monitor outsourced activity and assist with related collection activity needs.
Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 2 years of AR/Collections experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
