Implement, and oversee Quality Assurance processes for residential services according to company needs.
Work collaboratively as part of the Residential Services Team, to ensure quality supports are being provided on all levels.
Monitor continuity between the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and service delivery.
Conduct investigations including but not limited to allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation and any death of an individual served, as assigned.
Gather, manage, and analyze data and identify trends to improve training and services.
Conduct internal audits in homes and ensure appropriate measures are put in place to correct any deficiencies.
Advise management with the development, implementation, review, and approval of all plans of correction, as applicable.
Monitor risk management and ensure implementation of corrective measures.
Meeting productivity goal for TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Support) Travel expected to all residential sites in region.
Requirements for this position include:
Four-year degree in social services or related field (extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities may substitute for degree) One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
Supervisory Experience Preferred Strong customer service and communication skills.
Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Shared Point, and etc.
