Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team.

Duties:
- Utilize recruitment tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ChatStrike, etc, to manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding/Offboarding - Conduct cold calling and interviewing to assess candidate qualifications.
- Perform research to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent research abilities to identify top talent.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes.
