Your Next Opportunity As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Designer you will update, organize, and maintain Epcon's plan collection used by all six regions (Columbus, Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville and Indianapolis) and Epcon Franchisees.
The position will operate CAD/BIM based applications to design, create, and/or modify residential architectural construction documents to a quality that meets or exceeds total customer satisfaction.
Finally, the position will audit marketing renderings to ensure they match master plan specifications.
The position will apply an exceptional knowledge of residential building codes and standards while creating, reviewing, analyzing, understanding, and modifying residential construction documents (master plans, base plans, and job starts) with CAD/BIM software with Revit preferred.
Basic exposure of Pipeline estimating software functions and theories will be used for quality purposes of BIM posted quantities.
What Does it Take to be Successful? The qualified candidate will have an Associate's degree in Architectural Design or Residential Construction with a Bachelor's preferred.
The position also requires 2 years of experience preparing and/or modifying residential construction drawings required.
