You must possess a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs around the properties Carpentry / basic plumbing / kitchen and bath remodeling/ light electrical / drywall / appliance and floor installation Completing apartment turnovers -punch outs Helping maintain curb appeal Can handle projects at multiple properties Able to work independently with little to no supervision Ability to effectively communicate with other employees both in person, written and via electronic channels.
Physical Demands Ability to lift 50
lbs.
Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles.
Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, and minor hazards.
Ability to move and ascend/descend areas within the property.
