The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees.
Administrative Support:
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain and update appointment calendars.
Manage office supplies and ensure the front office is well-stocked.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
Coordination:
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Assist in making travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise at the front desk.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle challenging situations with poise.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
