We are hiring an Insurance Claims Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Dublin! We offer a collaborative team environment, development opportunities, full benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation, and more! This position will work on a hybrid schedule once training concludes.
The Insurance Claims Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating and managing the insurance claims process.
Responsible for receiving and reviewing insurance claims, preparing estimates, and ensuring that all required documentation is submitted.
Coordinators communicate with insurance personnel and adjusters to gather additional information and provide updates on claim status as need.
Responsibilities:
Review all water restoration estimates for accuracy and national program compliance Collect and submit completed job files for payment Act as a liaison between the organization, both company owned and franchise operations, and our customers Partner with Franchisees to ensure accuracy of estimates as well as exceptional customer service Track the day-to-day aspects of National Water Vendor Programs Assist management with implementation and development of Water Restoration related services Requirements:
Experience with processing property and/or desk claims Knowledge of the following a plus:
