4K a year Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring on an experienced Medical Assistant onto our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical practice.
You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Ensure a comfortable and efficient patient experience Monitor the new patient schedule, check-ins and overall wait times Prep injection supplies Route patients and collect patient information Proactively provide supplies and assist the physician throughout the procedure.
Ensure proper sanitation and proper procedure room protocols Manage all medical inventory Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Requirements AAMA Certified 2 years minimum medical assistant experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
