Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interfacing with domestic and international customers, both internal and external, to accurately enter orders, resolve order discrepancies, and other related customer service functions such as order tracking, supplying documents, providing pricing, and sharing product information.
Key
Responsibilities:
Handle customers inquires and resolve issues adhering to company and/or departmental policies and procedures ensuring customer satisfaction.
Processing customer purchase orders and/or orders from internal customers.
Coordination with manufacturing facility or other department (marketing, finance, etc.
) on customer issues or large projects.
To answer customer questions and/or process purchase orders.
Ensure Voice of the Customer is forwarded to Supervisor, Customer Service.
Effective time management, planning, organization, tracking and follow-up to ensure customers and/or assignments are resolved and/or responded to in a timely manner.
Independent problem solving and decision making.
Managing multiple priorities and tasks.
Background and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and/or 3
years related Customer Service experience.
Excellent computer skills with focus on MS Word, Excel and E-mail.
Typing speed of 50 WPM.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be multi-tasked oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Decision Making Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
