We are looking for a high energy, fast paced, detail oriented professional to manage, coordinate and assist the office with a high volume of patients daily.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for proper application and education on the Use/Care of Orthosis.
o Responsible for providing accurate information to the patient on expected outcomes resulting from using orthosis.
o Working with EMR systems to access patient information.
o Understanding Insurance portals and submitting authorizations for patient o Maintaining an adequate inventory of off-the-shelf and custom braces.
o Working in compliance with HIPPA and OSHA standards.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
