We have positions available everywhere you may want to be! It is Oakwood Management Company's outstanding team that has grown Oakwood into the largest local property management company in Central Ohio.
The successful candidates must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, flexible, and have strong sales, customer service, and marketing skills.
Working days would be Wednesday thru Sunday.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Process inbound leads and follow-up with prospects with necessary information to assist in the leasing experience.
Establish rapport with prospects and build value into Oakwood managed communities.
Convert prospects into closed leases for Oakwood managed communities.
Complete tasks as assigned by the property manager in support of the overall operations of an apartment community.
Required Traits, Skills, and
Qualifications:
Previous Multi-Family Leasing experience.
Exceptional communication skills; both verbally and written.
Demonstrated aptitude in sales and marketing.
Build relationships with residents, staff, and colleagues.
Provide leadership and act as a role model.
Energetic, personable and professional.
Great customer service skills.
Possess a strong work ethic.
Yardi software experience a plus.
