Inside Sales Representative Presidio is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dublin, OH. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) your primary role is to manage the sales operations process for your assigned accounts. ISRs interact and work with Account Managers, vendors and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure services and products arena through direct sales support of Account Managers. This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams (Engineering, Credit and Collections, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing teams) to execute quote to ordering for Presidio customers. Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage the generation of quotations within corporate quoting tool for identified opportunities. Research manufacturer/distributor resource areas (websites/literature etc.) for pricing, technical specification and compatibility. Evaluates customer requests to identify opportunities for upsell and deal expansion. Proactively communicates with customers to ensure that all requests and open items have been satisfactorily addressed. Determine product sourcing through evaluation of project timelines, product pricing/discounts and availability. Works with the internal fulfillment department to coordinate timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders. Escalate (as required) and track time-critical orders to ensure on-time delivery. Interface with Project Management to meet project timelines. Coordinate product delivery and integration for all project-related engagements. Act as primary internal point of contact for our customers in absence of account managers. Meet weekly with assigned Account Managers to discuss activity, forecast, and expectations within specific accounts. Work with internal operations team to resolve additional issues (customer satisfaction, RMA's/Returns. etc) when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience. At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology. Knowledge of Information Technology products. (networking, storage, IP communications, etc) Experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, VMWare Sales. Excellent computer skills. (MS Office with focus on Excel) Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous and newly developed tasks. Ability to develop relationships, both internally and with customers. Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
