As a member representative, you are responsible for conducting member account transactions relating to deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payment processing, new account opening, and other duties as assigned. You will interact with members in person, via telephone, and though email to assist with member service issues related to credit union accounts and services. You must become familiar with credit union products and services and be able to refer and obtain new member opportunities. You must possess excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
